How to Use the System

MEMBER MENU

PROGRAMS
  1. Programs: This section allows you to view and register all the programs your media runs and operates.
  2. Program Segments: This section allows you to view and register segments within each program. Registering segments should be completed after registering at least one program.
PACKAGES
  1. Program Packages: This section allows you to add packages for the programs you have registered. This allows advertisers to view package types and prices, facilitating easier selection of your media for advertisement.
FREQUENCY COVERAGE
  1. This section allows you to view and add frequency and the regions your media reaches.
ADS
  1. All Ads: This section allows you to view all ads posted by advertisers and other members.
  2. My Requests: This section allows you to view the requests you've sent to advertisers, asking them to consider choosing your media for advertising the ads they have posted.
  3. My Ads: This section allows you to view all the ads you have posted. You also have the option to upload new ad(s) here. Other members can then request to advertise them.
  4. Member Requests: This section enables you to view requests sent by other members to ask permission to advertise their ads.
REPORTS
  1. View reports on subscription spending and deals applied for, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

ADVERTISER MENU

UPLOADED ADS
  1. This section allows you to view all the ad(s) that you have uploaded, so that members can request to advertise them. You also have the option to upload ad(s) here.
ADS REQUESTS
  1. This section allows you to view all the ad(s) that you have uploaded, so that members can request them to advertise them. You also have the option to upload ad(s) here.
REPORTS
  1. View reports on deals submitted and deals applied, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION

ENTRY FEE
  1. The entry fee is a one-time payment made upon registration in the system and remains valid until December 31 of the respective year.
ANNUAL FEE
  1. The annual fee is payable each year on January 1st. A reminder will be sent on December 25 of each year to prompt members to settle their subscription fee before January 1st. Failure to pay the subscription fee on time may result in restricted access to certain services until the fee is paid.
